Touch ID in App Store doesn't work
Hello Apple Community,
Yesterday I unboxed my new iPad (9th Generation) and I activated the Touch ID feature. After the set up of the iPad I went to the App Store and it asked me my Apple ID password (I’m not dump, I know that the first time of use it asks you password 😉) and after one day I realised that that every time that I’m trying to install an app it asks me the password again and again… I tried anything: Toggled on and off the iTunes and App Store option within the Touch ID and Passcode, I restarted the tablet and I even updated to iPadOS 17… What else I can do? (The option to use Touch ID in App Store is turned on)
