The letters on my onscreen keyboard have moved. i.e. the A is now in the top row of letters, the M is in the middle row. How do I change it?

Go to settings > general > keyboard > keyboards and remove anything that has French or azerty in the name. Also tap on the language you normally use and make sure the option checked is not azerty.
