Remove 'managed by your organisation' on a personal Mac

Hi,

My browser says it is being 'managed by your organisation,' which I understand is likely to be a result of a virus (my Mac has always been personal and has never been associated with a third party).

I have searched online for solutions, but nothing seems to be working. So far...

I have checked Chrome extensions and removed 2.

I have reset settings in Chrome.

I have searched 'managed' on chrome://flags/ and disabled the three items there (not even sure if they were an issue, they seemd to be related to parental controls).

I have looked in my applications folder and nothing has a weird name or seems that unusual, but I am not sure exactly what I am looking for.

I have also searched Launch Agents and have 4 listed here, two are google keystone, one google updater and one expressVPN.agent.

I have opened my activity monitor, but there are so many process names...I have no idea if any are a virus or not.

Can anyone provide an idea of what I should do please?

Thank you

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2
