IOS 17 Storage Cache Bug / Bloating With Apps

I never had this thing happen to me in IOS 16. However, when I first updated to IOS 17, I noticed that most of my apps like YouTube, Instagram, Capcut all rose heavily in 'Documents and Data'. I tried reinstalling them completely and offloading them to reinstall, and it seemed to work except the fact that the more I use it, the more the app goes up. Fast foward and now I'm on IOS 17.2.1, yet still no fix. Seriously, what is going on here? It's kind of annoying when I have to keep offloading and reinstalling the app as opposed to be able to use it normally without any problem like previously on IOS 16.

This definitely seems like a bug within IOS 17's handlement of cache. Anybody experiencing this issue? And is Apple even aware enough to resolve this issue?
