One smashed camera lens 14 pro max

Hello,

Ive got a 14 pro max and the bottom camera lens got cracked and eventually smashed. I went to Apple thinking they would be able to replace the glass but they quoted me near enough £800 as they need to replace the whole back of the phone.

I definitely don’t want to pay that much so I thought I’ll leave it and I got some little camera protectors put over the top. The only problem is the bottom camera being broken is now affecting the way the other cameras work and all my pictures are coming out fuzzy.

Is there anything I can do about this? Is it worth going elsewhere to get it fixed or does the whole back of the phone really need to be replaced?
