I’ve been using iPhone 15 pro max since october and after I updated the iOS 17.2.1 the battery health go down to 99%. The cycle count is 26. Is there anyone facing the same problem?

On average, Battery Health will decline about 1% a month. If you started using the phone in early October, you would expect it to be at 97-98% by now.
I wish I had your "problem", but my phone is right about average.
As far as heat, are you seeing "overheating" warnings appear on the screen?
Yes, I saw it as a problem because I used an iPhone XR before and the battery health still on 100% and it lasted for almost a year with the same style of usage. I didn’t get a “overheating” warning yet I feel that compared to iOS 17.2 the phone heat easily on iOS 17.2.1
