NS_ERROR_NET_INTERRUPT and ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED errors constantly

I just switched to an M3 Pro Macbook Pro and I've increasing issues with connectivity. This happens in both Chrome and Firefox (different errors, but effectively the same issue). This happens on different networks in totally different locations. Others with Mac don't have this issue (M1 Pro and Intel Macbook Pros).

I've removed all plugins in Chrome and the problem persists.

The weird thing is that if I run something like Proxyman the problem goes away (I was hoping to get more details about the issue). I'm not using private relay or any VPN service. I had hoped that upgrading from 14.1 to 14.2 would fix this, but no luck.

If I have developer tools open in the browser with the network tab watching traffic, I can see that I'll get "disconnected" errors frequently (like 3-5 every minute). If there are 12 calls to servers, maybe 1 will fail (so an image may not load). These aren't 404 or 500 errors, the request doesn't even make it off the computer. A refresh will fix the issue, but it's common that something like Reddit or DuckDuckGo won't load the first time.

This isn't related to one website, it's pretty much everything. I doubt it's a hardware specific issue (because sending traffic through Proxyman "fixes" it).

I'm at a loss as to what to try next. Different browsers, different sites, different networks, same issue. Also, at home I have several accessories connected. Remote I have nothing connected.
