Adding Heath app features on family Apple watch

Can I add the sleep app, and other health app functions to an Apple Watch that is on my family account?

I have purchased an Apple Watch for my daughter who does not have her own phone. I have installed her watch through my phone. When I use the Watch app on my iPhone, I select her phone, but when I scroll down the Health app, sleep app, heart rate, cycle tracking app, etc. do not appear as options to download. It is an option on my watch, but not hers. Then, I tried the app store on her phone and it says you need a phone.

Please help! We pay for Apple Fitness+ and the health apps were the main reason why I bought the Apple Watch for her.

Thanks!!

These apps/features are not available on a watch that has been set up for a family member;

Medications, respiratory rate, irregular heart rhythm notifications, ECG, AFib History, Cycle Tracking, Sleep, Wrist Temperature, Blood Oxygen, Walking Steadiness, Audiobooks, Remote, News, Shortcuts, and the double tap gesture.

A few apps/features have age restrictions.

Thank you for your quick response!

It's very disappointing that Apple doesn't allow an 11-year old to begin practicing good health habits by using the Sleep to ensure they are getting enough rest. Also, it's important to start new experiences with good habits, this includes tracking their cycles, or utilizing recognizing increased heart rate notification when they are feeling anxious reminding them to listen to their body and use the mindfulness watch features.

I hope Apple reconsiders these health features it has disabled for young people.

Thank you!
