Blank box on homescreen

Have a blank box on home screen. Tried deactivating the zoom preview rectangle but did nothing. It’s opaque white but doesn’t cover what I’m working on, only home screen. It doesn’t move. Help!

Black bar on my home screen this has only shown up on my home screen, and the bar will actually rotate with the orientation (like if the bar was apart of the picture). It ONLY shows up on the home screen and no other apps, and I’m able to take a screenshot of it, so I don’t believe it is a hardware issue. I have tried turning it off and on again, and also hard resetting it, but it won’t work. Please answer soon!

I have a little white. Dot on my home screen I tried to take a screenshot, and every time I do the little white dock disappears. I can move it all around the screen. I can touch it it just doesn’t do anything. I think it had something to do when I was trying to set up something in my App Store.
