I have a iphone13 .When i put it for charging i see my predictive typing stops as well as my up swipe motion is disabled somehow so can’t swap apps etc. I remove the cable every thing is back to normal. Put the charger back inside and problem repeats.
What has been tried
1)i have original Apple charger and cable and is in immaculate condition so that is not the reason.
2)I tried to restart no use.

as strange it might sound the issue is with the 3rd party phone cover. 1 week back i purchased a non Apple authorised back cover since then i see this issue. If i remove the back cover and charge everything still works still works normal but if i put the back cover on and recharge boom the problem is back. Earlier i was using a cover purchased directly from Apple and when you put it on a ring used to display to indicate the phone detects a apple magsafe cover. please note non Apple phone cover is having correct sizing and not obstructing any finger so that could not have been the issue too.
summary: remove non made for Apple back cover and use standard back covers from apple certified product.

Cable is the only issue and this is not an iPhone issue at all.
Restart your iPhone or iPad. Make sure your screen is clean and free of any debris or water. Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different socket, cable or charger.
