some preferences icons not showing on menu bar (clock, bluetooth, etc)

Among others, Clock and Bluetooth, despite having the relevant options to show on the menu bar selected:

System Preferences > Dock & Menu Bar > Clock

System Preferences > Bluetooth

Showing date always, with day of the week, digital or analog, and showing AM/PM, but the date and time are not showing up on the menu bar.

Same thing is happening with Bluetooth.

After reading different postings online, deleting the .plist file and restarting the computer worked for me, so I was going to ask the question here, but since a solution worked, I thought it would be relevant to share it.

Here you can find the .plist file.

Go to Finder > Go to folder... > ~/Library/Preferences

Find the file:

com.apple.systempreferences.plist

Delete the file and restart the computer, it fixed the problem for me, and might fix it for some others!

The images below show the before and after, for your reference.

Using macOS Monterrey, Version 12.6.9, latest version supported by my iMac (Late 2015).

Here is the menu bar after deleting the .plist file, now showing all missing items.

Hope this is helpful.
