Updated our homekit to latest version, now all family iphones are no longer connected to our Home.

After update of Homekit/Home to latest architecture, none of the family iphones are connected.

All other devices except the owner are now blank when opening the Home app.

All the devices are update to the latest iOS 17.2.1.

We have tried sending new invitations to all the other devices but none of the other devices get the invitation.

Does anyone have a fix for this absurd situation?

Thanks in advance,

T

If they’re running the latest software it should work

I’ve had keychain get turned off following an update before. One time it got turned off on my Mac which affected how my other devices behaved. Make sure the invite is being sent to their Apple ID email.

If none of this is applicable then have them sign out of their Apple ID. On their iPhones, restart, then sign back in. Be sure to check all services and Apps they use with iCloud (including keychain) have been enabled. It’s called Passwords & keychain now.
