iPad battery goes black

my iPad works fine as long as I have it plugged in but quickly goes black when unplugged. can this be easily fixed?

I had the battery in my iPhone 11. Now my phone won’t work unless it is plugged in. What do I do? The phone worked fine when I picked it up from the repair shop. Now the screen turns black and the phone shuts down if I unplug it. When I plug it back in, the Apple comes in the screen and a minute later my phone will work, as long as it is plugged in.
