Hi there was wanting to ask , I have wi-fi at home my phone is set to it.. but when I leave home why my phone don’t pick up the internet that I pay for monthly doesn’t come on? What do I need to do???

When away from home (or turn off Wi-Fi) do you see Verizon displayed at the left end of the status bar at the top of the screen? If not, open the Control Center by dragging your finger down from the Battery icon. You should see “Verizon” and vertical signal strength bars at the top of the screen, and you should be able to make phone calls. If this is not what you see or you see “SOS” in the status bar, contact Verizon to report your phone isn’t connecting to their network.

Assuming that you CAN make and receive phone calls, tap on the Settings icon, then Cellular. Is the switch for Cellular Data on? Scroll down, and are the switches below that for all of the apps turned on? Turn on Cellular Data if it is off, and that should fix the problem. If you can’t turn it on, or it is on, contact Verizon by calling them (dial 611 from the phone) and tell them they need to fix their problem.
