Verification code appearing on both devices disappearing too fast

I would like to know why the verification code dialog disappears so quickly. Either there isn't enough time to respond or it doesn't even respond to a click on 'allow'. This is across several devices, iPad, iPhone(s), MacBook. Any hints or ideas on how to cure this annoying behavior?

iCloud Verification code notification disappears really fast on my devices I'm trying to use the iCloud Password manager on my Windows Computer. I click the "Approve..." Button and the "Enter the verification code sent to your other devices" appears. On my iPad the notification appears but only for less than a second. I've tried multiple times on different days, but same result every time. It works perfectly when logging in to the Apple Support site or other places where the 2-factor verification process appears. Please advice

Apple 13 pro max and all the sudden not receiving verification codes ? What do I need to do…I already did all the basic t3xt blocking etc I completed all the previous info to unblock, filter, focus ….but verification messages still not coming thru
