recall for MacBook Pro keyboard

Dear Apple team,

There was a recall for my MacBook Pro version fore the keyboard that I wasn't aware of.

When I went to the store my warranty was expired, the employee said that the recall had nothing to do with the warranty and that he would take my device.

Then he went inside to examine my device then he told me that because there was a scratch at the bottom of the screen, the device would not be repaired.

Please consider my case only repaired my keyboard Please.
