Export walking data from apple watch 3 to csv files for processing in excel

I used to export my Open Goal Outdoor Walk data on my apple watch 3 to csv files using and app called "Workout" on my iphone.

This app suddenly became unavailable and I cannot find it again.

I want to get my apple watch data as csv files so I can use these in excel to track my Open Goal Outdoor Walk progress on a day to day basis.

Workout allowed me to export a csv file containing latitude, longitude, altitude, and time for every second or so of my walking session and another file containing summary data like average and max heart rate etc.

Are there any alternative apps that would allow me to easily extract these raw data as csv files? The Health and Fitness apps on my iphone show plenty of summary data but I can't see the basic data used to provide the summaries , graphs etc.
