Stand in Activity Rings wakes me up to stand. The Stand application of the Activity Rings is waking me up during the night to tell me to stand. I know I can pause rings as part of my bedtime routine, but this seems so ridiculous I’m sure there must be something more effective? I can’t find a place to set hours for it to notify/sleep. How do I get rid of the CUP time on my iPhone? I don't like to see CUP on my phone face (analog 12 digits) in standby mode, my local City or "nothing" would be a preference.
