Stand in Activity Rings wakes me up to stand.

The Stand application of the Activity Rings is waking me up during the night to tell me to stand. I know I can pause rings as part of my bedtime routine, but this seems so ridiculous I’m sure there must be something more effective? I can’t find a place to set hours for it to notify/sleep. Is this what everyone does? Turns the whole app off manually each night?

I switched off the Stand Reminders in the Watch App on the iPhone in Notifications -> Activity -> Stand Reminders.

However, this disables the notifications to stand up completely. If you want to have the reminders after getting up in the morning, you will have to enable them again.

You can let Apple know about this problem by using the Feedback Lin, this is the only way to make them aware of such things.
