Is there a way to turn off stand notifications during sleep hours. I like it during the day, but it wakes me during the night.

Stand notifications should stop if the watch is using Sleep Focus.

Did you already try to change the settings for notifications on your iPhone in Settings/Focus/Sleep/Allow Notifications/Apps?
I have no apps selected in that category, but there are people selected that are allowed to send messages.
Is there a way to turn off stand notifications during sleep hours?
