Hello, I am working on a Final Cut project and when I add a JPEG image on top of a video in the time line as a B roll, the video shows on the edges. If I try to crop the image to fit the video size (which I shot in 4k), the image is distorted. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks.

Select the image then go to Effects inspector > Spatial Conform and set it to Fill, that is, if you have the resolution for it.

do you know if it feasible to do show without the 4k video showing in the background?
Please try adjusting the transparency.
Thanks but due to the project sensitivity I can post the image. But say you overlay a portrait image over a 4k video, do you know if it feasible to do show without the 4k video showing in the background? Thanks.
