Please enter at most 70 characters for street address.

So apparently I moved to another country and wanted to change the store region, everything was fine until I stepped upon the Billing Address section for the Street. I did put my correct street address and it stated that I need to enter at most 70 characters like how can an address be that long when mine's only 17 words.

P.S I have no problem filling these in my country even when it's not 70 words. Please help.
