If you delete photos from in import section will it also delete them in the album

Yes, deleting from Imports will delete the photos from the Photos Library and thus from all albums as well.
albums are not storing copies of the photos. They are just referencing the photos in the library. when you delete a photo from one if the Library albums created by Photos automatically, it will be deleted from the library.
do not delete any photo from the library albums, unless you do not like it and want to get rid of it for good.
