I've tried turning MMS messaging on and off. I have reset the network. I'm on the latest version of IOS. This has been an issue since the phone was new. I have ignored it since many contacts have iPhones. Would be nice to send a picture to those people that don't use Apple. Went to the T-Mobile store and they said to check with Apple.

I did contact T-Mobile again and the fix was a complete reset of all settings. A Network reset was tried initially but didn't correct the problem. With the reset of all settings you do lose things like your apple pay settings. You do not lose any applications. I did have to set up face ID again.

MMS is a phone carrier feature T-Mobile, call them back and speak to a technician only they can fix the issue.
