Installing i tunes on a new computer

Do I have to uninstall itunes from my old computer before I can install it on my new computer

Windows, Windows 10

See Move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community if you want to the new computer to have all of your iTunes content. You may want to deauthorize the old computer for your Apple ID if you don't plan to use iTunes on it any more. If so see Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support.
