OS: 12.7.2 Fake Norton Antivirus popping up every 5 seconds

I know it's fake because the website address is a bunch of mumble jumble letters. It is telling me my iMac has viruses, infections, damaged by suspicious software...etc. have tried everything I have read online thats current 2021+ Anything on Apple community is 2014! I am also receiving notices to resubscribe Norton Antivirus at $19.99. Regardless, I believe I have never subscribed to Norton, McAfee products. But get this. The applications do not show up in Finder nor Applications ( by the way I hate not seeing all my applications by name- I now have to search for them) I have blocked all pop ups everything. removed extensions....

Anyone have a non tech way of stopping this insanity!??

Do these notifications pop up in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen? If so, see:
