Can we play stereo audio (connect 2 HomePod mini) and play it through streaming services like Amazon prime, Netflix or would the stereo sound option will be available for Apple related service itself like Apple Music, Apple TV, etc.
Yep. Go into your Home app on your phone and group them. In fact, when I plugged in my second Mini I was immediately asked if I wanted to form a stereo pair.
So I have already formed the stereo pair but when I try using Amazon prime on my MacBook it just uses one speaker rather than playing the sound through both the HomePods, and even shows on the Notification Centre that both the home pods are paired, but does play the sounds through both
In the home app on your Mac you can restart the HomePods. Then restart your Mac . See if this helps
