Getting rid of blue accessibility boxes.

I have blue accessibility boxes around every single item on my screen. They look like the image below.

I've attempted to do what other help articles have said, but do not have the "navigation" option on my system preferences after clicking accessibility and keyboard. If anyone has ideas, I'd appreciate it!

Make sure you have Full Keyboard Access turned OFF in your Accessibility settings.

I’ve tried that but don’t have that option anywhere in my accessibility settings.

It is a bit hard to find exactly where it was, since the System Preferences (now called System Settings) were overhauled in Ventura, but it most certainly is there!

I think it is under System Preferences->Keyboard->Shortcuts, in the bottom part of the window.

I don’t have a screen that looks like that. The discussion board won’t allow me to post a picture because it says the resolution is too high (I changed it to high efficiency on my phone). There are ten options under keyboard (which is in a list under launchpad, Mission Control, etc.) on the left hand side. When I click on the keyboard tab at the top (next to the text tab) instead of shortcuts, it only gives me options for brightness etc. I just don’t have these options. The computer is a work computer and is old (2013 air version I think), running Catalina 10.15.7. I’m not allowed to update past that point because of software compatibility issues.
