Why is my AppStore account suspended

When trying to add new payment method a message pops up in red letters stating my account is

iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17

Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. When you see this message there is something going on with your ID that you cannot fix on your end. Please Contact - Official Apple Support to get further support on the matter.
