EarPods microphone not working on Windows PC, works fine on phone

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S10+, my computer is running Windows... the microphone works fine on the phone but not on the desktop. Using headphone jack connector. What's strange is that it makes a pop sound when I press the pause button, but no other noise comes through. Any help very appreciated.

Using Airpods Pro on a Android Device Using Airpods pro in a android device keeps crashing the audio a LOT. Only in android devices. Obs: the same device use another bluetooth devices, without any problem.
