When attempting to install Mac OS X Lion on my iMac, it shows a really huge negative number and glitches out to 0 seconds and then back to the huge negative number. And then when waiting for about a minute, it says "Can't download the additional components needed to install Mac OS X." I've tried setting the date back to 2018 and it did not work. I am also on WiFi.

It's a Mid 2010 27-inch iMac
The format is Mac OS Extended (Journaled)

Do you have any other way that doesn't require another Mac? All I have is an android, 2 USB drives and a broken iMac. I'm in the worst position possible to have this problem and I can't fix it.

Just checked, last iMac model was wrong. This one is a Mid 2011 21.5-inch iMac.
What it the full name of the file on the USB stick?
Very unprofessional but the name of both USBs is "YUH".

Oh, the files name is "InstallMacOSX.dmg".
I think you didn't Restore it, just copied it?
In Terminal try this...
hdiutil attach <path to>/InstallMacOSX.dmg
Then use DU to restore InstallMacOSX.dmg to USB stick.
When I used that command in terminal, it just says "path: No such file or directory". I tried to use the names of both of my USB Drives and it said the same thing.
