Cache files using too much memory

So in the last 2 months my Mac Air M1 was slower than usual ; it wasn't really a problem because I'm working on 3 different computers and I'm using this Mac for my studies ;

Now since 2 weeks I had to use it a lot more because I wasn't home, and it's my main computer when I'm outside but due to lags I'm starting to feel like I'd have to get another laptop, like for example today it lagged, I shut it down at 8 am, and at 9am it has 12 Go cache files memory used with 0 app running (only finder)

I then rebooted it, and 10 minutes after reboot it was running 11 Go cache files

Like wtf is wrong with macOS ?
