Hello Watermelon-Lockett, On your iPhone go to the Watch App click it. Then Scroll down to Display & Brightness and click it. There you will see "Text Size". Adjust the white ball to the font size you would like.

Adjust text size on your Apple Watch

Press the side button to open Control Center.
Tap , then turn the Digital Crown to adjust.
