Why is my Apple Watch font size huge?

The font size is huge and I don’t understand why?

Check Settings -> Accessibility. See if Zoom is turned on or if Text Size is set to something large. If not, post back with more details; Apple Watch model, version of watchOS it's running, and where exactly the font size is showing up large.
