Why does my iPhone 14 sound like an old video camera or tv?

I use headphones a lot with my phone because I live with a bunch of people. I noticed recently when I was not using my headphones my audio quality on my phone had dropped. My phone now sounds like an old tv or camcorder that could not adjust for louder sounds so they just turned real fuzzy. My phone doesn’t do it on just videos where a speaker may be more excited and be more in the loud range. Everything has a fuzz to it. I took a brand new toothbrush and cleaned out my speakers but there wasn’t anything in there to begin with. I don’t know why it suddenly started 2-3 days ago. I have not dropped it on the floor or in water or anything. I am at my wits end trying to figure out what the problem is. I can’t stand listening to it. I would appreciate any advice. Also my headphones are the only way I listen to my phone now. My headphones work fine.

I have restarted, force restarted and gone into the settings and shut down my phone and none of those have done anything. I am sorry I left those out of my original post. I did try it again since I am and It did not change anything. It still sounds fuzzy and if you increase the volume it only gets worse and kinda vibrates my phone. I am wondering if something has gone up or something. My phone is less than a year old I believe.
