Soooo, first off the devices on my apple ID are: iPad, (iPad pro) iPhone 11 pro max, iPhone 14, MacBook pro 13”. The problem is I can’t stop sharing call receipts from the devices, but I also don’t want individual apple IDs for each device. I watched videos on how to stop this but none of them work, please help me out.

Thank you for your response, I tried it but it didn't work. I don't necessarily need to remove calls on other devices because the iPhone 11 pro max has a individual number and the iPhone 14 also has a individual number, and the iPhone 14 is connected to the iPad pro and I disabled the MacBook pro's FaceTime feature because I don't use it that often. The thing I need help on is to stop sharing call receipts, I share my apple ID with my daughter and I don't want to share our call receipts together because it gets confusing. I didn't share call receipts with her before but then when I bought her the iPhone 14 we started sharing call receipts. I'm sorry if I didn't share as much information but I hope this give a better understanding on the problem. (P.S. the device I use are the iPhone 11 pro max and the MacBook Pro, my daughter uses the iPhone 14 and the iPad pro, she shares her phone number with the iPad pro)
Go to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding and ensure that call forwarding is turned off on all devices.
To stop getting calls on one of your devices, just turn off the other devices on your iPhone settings.
