Cannot log into telstra webmail on Mac

Hi, looking for an answer as to why I cannot log into telstra webmail on my Mac, I put in my user name and when I hit ‘continue’ it just flashes a bit and does nothing, I haven’t accessed it on my Mac in months-could it be full?

im not at all tech savvy and cannot find any answers but I can still access Telstra mail on my iPhone.

appreciate any help.

If your MacBook is still running OS X 10.11 "El Capitan" as shown in your profile information, it is quite likely its version of Safari is too old to cope with recent websites.


Your options are to upgrade macOS, if possible:

... or to try a different browser. For example, Firefox ESR (Extended Service Release) will work with El Capitan:
