Screen Flickering lightly on bottom
its suddenly started flickering at bottom and is visible only on white screen. i have restarted my phone too. phone model is iphone 11

Have you force restarted it to see if the issues persist?
Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo
If the issue is not solved by force restarting there could be a hardware issue going on
