no sync with iTunes Match available wir apple music app in windows 11

Hello to all specialists and everbody who can help me :)

Since there's no iTunes with music support on my new windows 11 notebook I installed "apple music".

OK, my library was loaded and I can find my music - missing some view options, but's another thing

I cannot find a button or menu item where I can sync my local library to my iCloud music (have an iTunes Match abo for years). I tried to import a single song and again I couldn't find any hint to sync it to icloud.

All articles in web describe "you have to activate sync media library" - but where?

At the moment I only see an option (not yet testet) to install an old iTunes Version on windows 11.
