I have an older TV that uses a Fire Box. I have Apple TV running on the Fire Box. I have Fitness+ running on my Iphone and Apple Watch. I'd like to cast the Fitness+ video to my TV. Can it be done?

For non-Apple devices, but with AirPlay support, consider streaming from iPhone to the AirPlay-enabled TV or third party streaming device. This seems to be available for select Fire TV TV-sets, but I haven’t seen to for Fire TV sticks and boxes.
not sure what a "fire box" is but if you have a newer appletv setup box then it should work using the tv as display maybe try to read
