Why I can't see purchased in the subscription list in my Child and Parent (me) account? It's scammed?

Over 2 years. From my children account (as payment sharing) to my account (as parent), I đin't see three apps: eChat Keyboard, VIP Program and Math Plus in the Subscription list and still charge until I must go to reportaproblem.apple.com to checked it.


And after that, I also cannot see the "Cancel Subscription" button any where.


Specially, "Vip program" and "Echat Keyboard" app charged every week. It's terrible and stolen about 1.000$ from me.


I need clearly for next experiment in more carefully.

See If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support and the section If you can't find the subscription you want to cancel. In particular you should cancel the subscription from the account that made it. If you need assistance contact Official Apple Support.
