After magnifying screen only four or five numbers or letters can be seen on screen. I can’t get out of it to change the setting.

I have a iPhone 8, I was in settings and hit the magnifying box just to see what that did, it made everything very large and now I can’t operate phone because only a few letters and numbers show on the screen, dumb move on my part.
