cannot access my iPhone - font is super large - cannot reset iphone

do not know what happened - picked up my iPhone and the circle fonts for the phone were huge! have tried to unlock with buttons on side of phone. any help in resetting it?

Double tap the screen with three fingers to zoom out, or say "Siri zoom out".

Unable to get into my iPhone since my device is more zoomed than normal I use larger font on my iphone 13. The iphone 13 now is locked in a much larger font and I can't even make a phone call or receive or send a text or call for emergency. Using Windows 11 HP to send this message.
