M1 macbook pro (Ventura 13.6.2) starts too easily

Or press the Trackpad, connect the charger, sometimes even disconnecting a device, etc. are all now considered new & improved features by Apple. I for one see it as utterly annoying as well, but unfortunately there is no way to disable any of this.
