M1 macbook pro (Ventura 13.6.2) starts too easily

I’m wondering if there’s an option somewhere which will stop my newish MacBook Pro from turning itself on at the slightest provocation? For my older machines I have to press the power on button on the keyboard but this one starts up as soon as I turn on the shared (between various devices) electricity supply. Or if I touch ANY key by mistake or open the lid – it’ll get going! Basically, can I get this machine to only start up when I press a particular key on the keyboard?

It is considered a feature. Lift the lid, press any key...
