How do I stop a hacker from entering into my iPhone?

I'm being hacked on a iPhone SE. by a predator from Perry, Oklahoma. In the community my phone has been a target for months. Now I want it to stop. Please help me in getting a person who hurts children away from my phone. I am not dealing. With this man anymore.

I am asking for help because of the facts. I am a big man and I believe that I could hurt people. Especially like someone who has hurt me in my past sexually. Please don't help this man to torture me any more.
