DEFECTIVE MAC AIR M2

I have recently bought mac air m2 2022 but it is a defective product. I have tried customer support and also visited service centre multiple times but its not worth. I am fed up with the customer support of apple. I just want to replace the laptop.

Sorry, but there is nothing we can do to assist you with this. We are just fellow Apple-product users. Since you purchased this, as you claim, from an Apple Authorized Reseller, you will need to work with them to get this resolved to your satisfaction.

Apple has a 14-day, from the purchase date, policy to return the product for either a full refund or a replacement. Since it is well past that time, your laptop still has the Apple one-year hardware warranty against manufacturing defects. This case appears to be a defect. I suggest that you give Apple the chance to resolve this for you. Otherwise, and depending on your country's repair laws, you may need to elevate this to your local authorities.

Obviously something is running in the background if your battery is draining as you described.

I'd recommend downloading/installing/running a free program called Etrecheck (available Here). It's a benign program that doesn't reveal any private information that can help us see what might be wrong.

Run the program and copy the report to your clipboard, then compose a reply to this thread and post the entire report using the Additional Text feature (third icon from the right at the bottom of the Reply window). We'll be able to examine it and offer suggestions that may well resolve this issue.
