Weird scratch looking line on screen, without feeling like a scratch on mac book

2021 macbook pro 14' has developed these weird scratch like lines on the screen, however the scratches don't feel like scratches, and won't clean off. One of them is so bad that is even affects the displays of the screen. Is this fixable? I am not sure how this happened, I don't use key covers or anything so it's not like it could have gotten scratched, I just opened up my mac today, and noticed it. My biggest question however is how fixable this issue is.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.1

Looks like a scratch of some sort, maybe it is only a scratch of the anti-reflective coating for the fist picture. The two large curved arcs shown in the second picture are unknown, although my two guesses are glare/reflection or a crack in the glass.

This is something that can only be assessed in person since pictures cannot always accurately capture display related issues due to the reflections & glare.
