Speakerphone now showing choices

All of a sudden, when I hit speakerphone, now there are three choices. My iPhone, my iPad, and speaker. I already followed the directions to go to settings and phone and turn off calls on other devices. There are no other devices listed and that is already toggled off anyway. How do I get rid of this super annoying feature?
