My family is trying to join a family apple iCloud for the storage space, is it possible for accounts in different states but the same country to share an account?

I finally figured it out. 🤪 The group organizer needs to go to iCloud+ then scroll down to Private Relay once you’ve in go to IP address Location touch maintain general location then go back out to iCloud main page until you see share iCloud storage with family. The reason you don’t see it invitations is because you were only allowing the country and time zone. Hope this helps.
