Not able to change all gestures on magic mouse 2 with Ventura.

I'm using a magic mouse too, and I would like to turn off smart zoom. If I remember correctly in previous operating system versions, you were able to turn on or off any of the gestures that are available on a magic mouse too. Using Ventura the only thing that is able to be adjusted is the swipe between pages option. Does anyone know how you can turn off the double tap to zoom feature?

Missing scroll options for Magic Mouse I've connected two separate magic mouses but only the point and click features work, neither will scroll. I went into settings and appear to be missing the "point/click", "scroll/zoom", "more gestures" tabs. Could it be a computer setting issue?
